"I had these guys replace all the ball joints on the front end of my 2000 Jetta. I bought lower, inner and outer tie rods, billows, and lower arms with bushings installed. Went to replace my front left bearing and strut today and you'll never guess what i found! A billow from 2000 and a lower ball joint that IS NOT the brand i bought! I was already pissed a few months ago when i found out they used the wrong lock nut on the lower passenger ball joint and bought an upgrade with a castle nut on it to replace the one that was loose and rattling. Honestly, i don't know if any of the parts on the car are my parts i brought them. I just realized both lower ball joints don't have L or R and the parts i ordered do. A bunch of effing thieves! I'm pissed not because the money. But because these parts keep wearing out when they're supposed to be replaced already! Pictures explained. Parts were obviously installed after the dates they were ordered. They always have an L or R like you can see on the new one i haven't installed yet. The billow doesn't look like it was replaced with those cracks in it."
