No follow up the next day so I emailed asking if it was going to be on time. No reply to that or another message or to two phone calls. Finally got someone to answer the phone Monday, the same day it was supposed to be here. “We just got the part but haven’t been paid by PayPal.” PayPal paid them Thursday. No offer to help figure it out. Also, they didn’t have it in stock even though the website order indicated they did. And I still have no switch for my car. On a subsequent call one employee asked me to give him my credit card number a second time and he’d ship it right out! Beyond unbelievably bad customer service!"
