"I have been here multiple occasions, food is always exquisite. Tacos Al Pastor are a Must. Today our server offered their new Addition to their appetizer list: chicharrones. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Two chicharrones ordered and devoured within minutes."

"Probably my favorite restaurant in yountville but they have finally taken a step back. I have never seen portion control taken to the extent that a fish taco would have a piece of fish smaller than my thumb. Not only that but three of them barely took up space in the tortilla. Normally their fish on the tacos would barely fit in tortilla but now you can wonder where the fish is. This is not worth $5 a taco for less than one piece of fish put together. While their enchiladas and other plates are tasty, I will think twice about coming here for a taco. Definitely not worth visiting if you want a quality taco."

"Only one dish stood out. The meat taco. The corn was nice as well, though it's be pretty hard to mess that up. The rest were just ok. Probably wouldn't return though. Perhaps I was expecting more, but Bouchon was booked out"

"Had to take ol Rink Fatliner there on the other side of the hill, a Hobbled Slumperhickle to keep those long horned cows out of his hooch garden, and decided to try the La Calenda Restaurant. I've heard nothing but great things about the food, so let's give her a shot. It was 5 stars all the way, and worthy of a drive to Yountville. ☆☆☆☆☆"

"First, I think this place is a 3.5 stars at the moment for me. Service and ambience are great. I also liked the cocktails. Chip and guacamole were very good. However, food is subpar, considering the cost, area, and owner. The carnita and asada were tasteless. These tacos should be super flavorful but they missed the mark. Other people seem to enjoy the food, so perhaps is personal taste. While I am not sure I will be going back, I think is always good to give a place a chance and that will be my recommendation."
