"Website and sign on the door says they are open until 6pm and that they welcome walk ins. Showed up at 5:40 (my haircut takes 10 minutes tops). Doors are locked, un-busy workers inside see me, but the doors were not opened for a paying customer. Good business practice says you stay open AT LEAST until the time posted on the door, and don’t turn away paying customers at any time before that. I don’t know if this is a local thing limited to TN and/or the Nashville area, but it’s getting really frustrating showing up to places here well before closing time and being turned away. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back."
