"I ordered a salted caramel cream coffee with no ice online, but when I picked it up, the cream and coffee were already mixed, and I couldn't taste the salted caramel. Despite having ordered the same drink at other locations without issue, I encountered this problem. The cashier was kind and helped me get a new drink, but when I received it, the cream began merging with the coffee again. I'm disappointed and concerned that the shop may need additional training to improve their drink-making skills, despite their excellent customer service."

"Took 18 minutes to get a tall and grande pike place. Many people behind me and mobile orders were being getting their orders first.
