"I ordered a honey citrus mint tea. When the girl handed it to me I questioned her if she added the honey and the lemonade because I did not see her add it. And she insisted she did. When I got home and tasted it. It was only tea bags and hot water. Not happy"

"As usual, the coffee was made perfectly (not too sweet), and the server was super friendly. Clean facility with adequate parking."

"My parents stopped at this target on their way down to Monterey. They used the restroom, my mom purchased a grande vanilla latte, and they left. Come 3 days later, my mom looks at her bank account and they charged her $45. She called and explained the situation and they said "come in and we'll fix it". We live north of Sacramento; about 3 hours away from Morgan Hill. When she explained this, they said "oh sorry we can't do anything then". Speaking to a manager resulted in "oh we can't do a full refund of the overcharge, but come in to guest services and we'll give you a $10 gift card". If we could come in, we'd get the full refund in the first place... 6 hours in the car and a loss of $30 is not worth it; time to call the bank."

"I know anything served in a target/Walmart you cant expect exceptional regular Starbucks service... but everything we asked for was great. Just gotta wait cuz personal for employees is like 1 or maybe 2. But very convenient cuz ur shopping at target and then there u go, Starbucks! So u get ur upside & downside. I do recommend... 3 star just cuz we did have to wait for whoever taking order has to clean up then he can take the order. I recommend!"
