"Free tire repair and tire rotations! You can't really complain and the staff are very friendly. I've come here a few times for multiple cars. Rolled over something last year and they patched it very quickly. I had an appointment and I was out in 40 mins. The times will vary though. When I had a tire rotation I waited 1 hr 40. Make an appointment - I'm not sure how long walk ins will have to wait."

"This is my 2nd time doing business with company and they have earned my Loyalty. I will go anywhere else. Fast and friendly serve. Well, Fast when they are not totally swamped. Nice waiting room with WiFi and table so I was able to get some work done while waiting. Restrooms are clean. The Females and the counter seem to be more productive then the males, but actually facts might prove otherwise. The Guys in the Service seem to take pride in their work and be highly productive. I wonder if they have a competition amongst themselves as to who can do the most cars. Seems like a fun place to work."

"This America's tire location has very cramped parking, we could barely find a spot both times we were here. Staff is nice and friendly, building is nice, there comfy seats, waiting is comfortable, but waiting times are long. We scheduled a tire rotation online for 11:30am, came at 11:25am, eventually parked around 11:30am, went to the back of the line in the shop waited for 10-15 minutes in the line and finally they took our car. But our car just sat there in the parking lot for more than an hour and finally they took it for service around 12:50pm and it was done by 1:10pm or even 1:07 pm according to text messages. But we got the keys back around 1:15pm. Despite scheduling ahead of time for a specific time frame we still had to sit and wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes which is at least 1 hour and 20 minutes longer than the time it took to rotate tires. Now it is a free tire rotation. Hard to complain, right? It's nice package with tires we bought and hard to beat. But still the expectation is if I scheduled my visit and arrived on time my car gets serviced if not right away, soon. My suggestion is if there's not enough time to work on scheduled vehicles that means you're overbooking. Reduce scheduled vehicles for a given timeframe or hire more stuff. We took two vehicles there and the first time I took my truck there and at that time they were done with my truck in 30-40 minutes. The second time my wife's little SUV took more than twice as long 1 hour as 40 minutes. Maybe that was just an unlucky day?"

"My experience has been ok until recently. Took our SUV in for leak in one of the tires. They didn’t find anything wrong the tire that had the issue. But I had to inflate the tire every few days. Took it to another shop. Sure enough, they found a nail and fixed it. Glad I did that before the Thanksgiving trip. Wondering if AT actually did anything to inspect the tire. Don’t trust them!"
