"I was watching the 49ers game when I saw a Ford commercial advertising Bronco Sports with up to $6,000 off. I checked my local Ford dealer but they only had one at the price. I figured it was a loss leader so I stopped looking. Then Peter contacted me to ask if I was still interested in a new Bronco Sport, I had contacted him last year to see if they had any end of year specials; he had saved my info. Peter said they had a few with the discounts advertised. I went there, test drove it, and Peter did the paperwork. It was so easy. Oh, and I love my new Bronco Sport. It's still in the break-in process so I'm driving it easy but I'm averaging 30mpg. That's only a few miles less than the Ford Focus that I replaced with the Bronco Sport."
"Quite possibly the worst service department. I dropped my truck off December 20th to exercise the warranty on my failing transmission and a few recall items taken care of. I call the service folks a few days after dropping it off to get the status of repairs and what they found. Service provider could not articulate the issue very well and I just had to end the call. Before I did, I was very clear about wanting a follow up call when they were getting parts and general timing of completion. After not hearing from anyone, I stopped by today (1/5) and lo and behold, it was done! Zero communication, no ownership or accountability, just apologies. While they were well intended, I still have a life, I need to coordinate dropping off my rental that is costing me $173/day and the time. Life is precious, and when you have to waste it on things that could have been done earlier and prior to arriving had a simple phone call been made, it just makes me sad. I would not recommend this dealership for service. Unintentional or not, when you’re in the service industry, you need to communicate and let folks know whats going on. Apologies don't bring back lost time and energy. Be well. One other thing to add, @jamesford, save the canned response asking me to call you to discuss this further and save your attempts trying to spin this somehow that you did the right thing or you want to make it up. You have my number, reach out to me if YOU want to discuss it further."
"I wanted the factory alignment pins removed, tires changed, and an alignment performed. I asked several times if they understood and would remove the pins throughout the process, and they confirmed they knew what was needed. They returned the vehicle with the pins still installed and the alignment wrong per their own alignment sheet. They also put some significant scratches on my GT500's spoiler and it was covered in tree debris. They then quoted me $550 for 2 hours of labor to remove the pins. They said the service manager would call me to try and work something out, but they never did. I chased them for almost a month, kept getting promised a call from the service manager which never came and eventually gave up. Not sure if this was dishonesty and/or extreme incompetence, but either way the worst service ever! Will never even consider going there again for service let alone purchasing another expensive car they clearly can't service from James Ford."
