"Very meh experience at this centrally located Starbucks in Santa Cruz. Walked this morning to grab a coffee at this fairly expansive location just to find out that there is no furniture or any kinda seating available inside or outside. Not sure if it is on purpose due to the homeless situation or what but very disappointing. On top of everything they charge for tap water. The barista mentioned that it’s law in Santa Cruz which seems very odd."

"Small Starbucks with take out only. No drive through and no seating. Parking lot is crazy. The spaces are so narrow none of the cars fit and people are parked so close together you are crawling out your sunroof (if I had one) to get out of your car. Needed a coffee and place to sit for a while to work. I picked up my coffee and left. Waste of time."

"As usual good coffee and bagels. Efficient service. Atmosphere was bland, i felt sterile after leaving. Luckily the homeless people living outside made me re enter humanity."

"Standard coffee chain location in a prime location in Santa Cruz on the way to beaches and down town. Great marks for parking, fast service, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Poor marks for no available bathroom and no seating indoors or outdoors. Spot could be improved by providing seating and restrooms for customers. The staff is friendly which is a plus! Would be nice to encourage customers to stay longer by having amenities!"
