"Nice new storefront looks great…almost like there’d be an upgrade to the quality of the food and service to accompany the hike in prices. But I paid $11 for a medium coke, some mozarella sticks and a medium fries. Had to wait 10+ mins even though I was the only customer in line and it looked like in-store. And then, the food was cold. The cheese sticks were not at all melty or gooey. Rather solid, room temperature at best breaded sticks. And the fries. Few things are as gross as cold fries and these weren’t even warm or salted. This was at 7:45 in the evening. Disappointed."

"The price of the food in relation to proportions is inappropriate. I can go to In-N-Out and purchase a full size hamburger for approximately the same price to what a BK Junior hamburger cost. I would also advise anyone going there they should be fluent in Spanish so they're able to properly communicate their order so that there's no misunderstanding."

"I was extremely excited to see this restaurant reopened after so long of it being closed down after the fires. the first few weeks, the food was great, and the atmosphere inside was always clean. then a few more weeks past, homeless people asleep with garbage all around them inside the restaurant really put me off. not a single table was clean. it's very disappointing. I understand the busyness of the store and the fast-paced the restaurant is but the employees never seem happy, nor do they smile or even try to greet the customer. it's hard to get your drink cups and any sauce you paid for. I am truly hoping that things turn around once they get there footing in the store being reopened. However, some things need to be ironed out. I really have been thinking twice to come dine in here due to it being a hangout for homeless people."

"Needs some serious work! One staff member is very very sweet but when I went here when they first reopened I waited in line for a very long time and the order box thing was not working so I had to just go and waited some more but when I got to the window to tell them there was no one at the order box so I wasn't able to order but all I wanted was chicken fries the lady actually told me she couldn't take my order. I was so upset but I don't get nasty with people who make my food so I just left and my son was crying."

"It's been Buger King for months now since the 1st R has been burnt out! Quick, accurate service at the drive thru. The speaker at the drive-thru is far away from the menu so it is difficult to see the small print."
