"I told Alyssa I wanted insurance and within the hour called her back told her to wait another company was quoting home and car and I would let her know in 4 to 5 days. 12 days later I see where she charged my card. They will not credit my account and I currently am paying for 2 car policies. Stacy the OM said she would credit the account and I find out after waiting 8 days she was out of the office all week since our first discussion and it has not been credited. Do not trust these people. I spoke with Gayla, Dean, Stacy, Alyssa and I still have no credit Today I’m told the credit did not process and it will be another 10 days. I called Chase credit card and opened a dispute and they issued credit the same day after they figured this had been going on for 27 days. You cannot get to anyone at 800 number they automatically send you back to agency. Unethical business practices. I asked to speak with Terry Burns owner of the agency and was told he was out of the country ( probably in hiding) or was told he comes and goes as he pleases. I will say in advance before Mr Burns responds to this…All these facts are true and cannot be disputed. And Mr Burns response is a lie. It should have never been charged and credit was issued 27 days later which is NOT immediately. BEWARE"
