"Fries barely cooked, soggy chiefly tenders.. definitely not worth the money. And had to wait an extra 20 minutes after the pickup time."

"Food was very over fried and salty, even my kids didn't want to eat it. Tried calling, you cannot. I drove back and was given attitude about the mess up as the manager had the food already opened on the counter and started touching it, saying we ate 4 and she wouldn't remake the whole thing. I was told I couldn't get a refund and that the franchise number was closed for the holidays so I couldn't put in a complaint. I did call and they were not closed so I put in a complaint. Once the manager noticed I was in the phone I guess they took it up on themselves to remake the order completely."

"The workers are very friendly, I’ve gone to this place probably around 50 times and I’m yet to have a problem with any order. Thank you all for always making me amazing food!"

"This was my first time at Wingstop and for a wing place, I thought they were great. The employees were very friendly and kind. The wings were very fresh, they were still extremely hot when I got them back to my work. The fries were a little on the soft side but I prefer soft fries over crunchy anyways so it worked out well. Not sure why the have 3.5 stars, they are a new location so I am sure they are just trying to work out the kinks. Not sure what is going on with their phones, they seem to be down but I just ordered at the facility and it worked out perfectly. Overall, it was a good experience. Keep up the good work team members, your doing great!"

"I definitely do not recommend this restaurant, the fries are disgusting, the chicken is disgusting. They say that their fries are natural and well cooked, but as shown in the photo, they are full of oil, and undercooked and old. I definitely do not recommend it. Do not spend your money."
