"I was hit by an unlicensed, uninsured driver. I called my agent in Nashville. He told me to call Farmers in Michigan. His name is Stephen Black after answering my first call, he blocked me and I went to voicemail. He never did return those calls. I did call Michigan and they did return my calls. My original agent, Tom White retired from Farmers and he always had time to answer questions. I'm looking for insurance for my home and autos now. I give no stars to farmers...but had to at least click one to send this."
