"When they're open, they're great! I would totally be down to give this place 4+ stars, but it happens all too often that they aren't open when their hours say they're supposed to be. I stopped showing up before noon because 1/3 of the time they aren't open or ready at their posted 11am time. Change/keep your hours of operation and I'd be willing to give this spot the 4-5 stars it's capable of. Aside from timing, the pandan waffles and egg puffs are yummy snacks and they have a wonderful selection of fruit teas and milk teas to choose from with all the standard toppings. Their Specialty fruit teas are my favorite!"
"In Mandarin, the most common way to wish your family and close friends a happy Chinese New Year is "Xīnnián hǎo" (新年好), literally meaning 'New Year Goodness' or 'Good New Year'. Another way to say "Happy Chinese New Year" is "Xīnnián kuàilè" (新年快乐), literally meaning 'New Year happiness'. It is a formal greeting typically used for strangers. In Cantonese, the common way to say 'Happy Lunar New Year' is "Gong hei fat choy" (恭喜发财), which means 'Wishing you happiness and prosperity.' So, all that to say, Gong hei fat choy everyone!!! Found a "new to me" boba place. I ordered the Leelo (lychee, mango, kumquat) with lychee Jelly. They do have flavors that sound refreshing/delicious, so I would really like to try more items. Would also like to give the snacks a try on a future visit."
"Great little corner in a pretty boring plaza. The teas are less sweet than something like Teaspoon so don’t be afraid of getting 100 sugar!"
