"Today I went to Cottle Rd location and some bagels. The price was different than what's on their website. I asked why there is a price difference I was told that because it's a website price and every location has their own price. By the way I was on that very store website. I shop at Panera near my work and never had that issue and their food is always warm and fresh. When I got home the bagels were not sliced correctly, one half was so thin and other half is so thick like 80/20. This location has messed up my order before. Not going to this location anymore and don't recommend anyone to go there as well. Lastly, they didn't provided me receipt as well which I noticed later so I can't use their survey code. The cashier was super friendly but the Supervisor on duty needs Customer Service training."

"There was a spider on my table when I went last Sunday for breakfast but this was a first and had never happened to me there before. They should enhance cleaning."

"Don't order foods here for doordash pickup because you have to wait forever to get them ready. The speed of preparation of the cooks is too slow and the store delays the online orders to serve the walk-in guests first. The dasher had to wait nearly 1 hour to have foods picked up though the customer placed order longtime ago before. The customer could be hungry as over lunch time and the dasher can not earn money from delivery ,just got $6 per hour for this order. The manager should reconsider this"

"Interesting crowd of people from nurses, office workers, and the elderly. My party and I ordered through the self-order kiosk, but what is frustrating is that their card reader is only usable for swiping but still misreads my credit card. After a few tries, it works, but would recommend that you line up with a cashier to avoid this complication. My party ordered the steak sandwich with Caesar salad and the tuna sandwich with tomato soup. The half soup-salad combo saves you a lot! The Caesar salad and tomato were excellent during these cold days. The steak sandwich was a nice portion of meat but overall dry. The tuna sandwich was good though!"
