"I initially found TeaEra while looking for a treat. They’re tucked away in a shopping center right off Cottle. Every time I go in their store is clean even when they’re busy. The employees are friendly and greet you. Each time I’ve gone in their service is very good and their teas even better. I haven’t tried their food yet but the menu looks delicious and the food smells great."
"Let me tell you, walking into Tea Era is like stumbling into a parallel universe where tea isn't just a beverage; it's a frickin' lifestyle. The place is decked out in a vibe that's a mix of cyberpunk and grandma's living room – if grandma was a tech-savvy rebel with a penchant for avant-garde design. Now, onto the nectar of the gods – their bubble tea. Sweet Mary, Mother of God, these guys have cracked the code. It's like they took a sip from the cup of immortality and decided to share it with us mere mortals. The variety is mind-boggling, and each concoction is like a flavor explosion that'll make your taste buds throw a party. The pearls? Oh, don't get me started on those little orbs of joy. They're like tiny flavor grenades that detonate in your mouth, leaving you wondering why you wasted so much time on regular, boring beverages. But here's the kicker – the staff. These guys must have been assembled in some secret tea-slinging lab because they're like the Avengers of the beverage world. They're friendly enough to make your grandma jealous but efficient enough to put a Terminator to shame. You walk in, and they make you feel like you're the protagonist in the epic saga of tea consumption. Sure, the prices might make your wallet shed a tear, but let me tell you something, my friend – happiness is not cheap, and Tea Era is selling happiness by the cup. In conclusion, if you haven't experienced the elixirs of enlightenment at Tea Era, you're basically living in the dark ages of beverage consumption. Get yourself there, pronto, and thank Mongo Tom later for changing your liquid life forever. Cheers to Tea Era – the revolutionaries of refreshment!"
"We had the fried porkchop bento, friend chicken bento and popcorn chicken. Everything was tasty. My picky 3 y.o. liked the popcorn chicken, which had more meat and not just thick coating compared to some other places. The oolong tea with boba was refreshing and went well with food. So glad Tea Era opened up here. We will be back!"
"Most of the food options are fried food. I got the popcorn chicken, which tasted too salty for me to finish after I ran out of sauce. Incidentally, the sauce being mayo just doubled down on the unhealthy aspect of the meal. You could get food just as good or better at several places in a one mile radius. Service is non existent. You order at one of two kiosks which take your name and phone number, only for them to use neither when your order is ready - I saw them call people either by the dish they ordered, or by the order number which you have to check the receipt for. The kiosk, of course, asks for a tip despite you not interacting with a human whatsoever. It's like ordering delivery without getting to stay in the comfort of your home. The store is located in an underpopulated shopping center, so there's no view. The inside is clean, which may be helped by the fact that nobody seems to want to stay here for a prolonged period of time. There is a generic K-pop playlist playing on the TV, and the walls are decorated with uninspired 2010-era posters. Overall, it's a rather mediocre experience."
"Got the popcorn chicken, fried sweet potato and the fried sweet rice ball. The sauce that comes with the popcorn chicken is soooo good"
