"i actually wish i could give them 0 stars. i filed 2 comprehensive claims with this company and they found a way to deny both claims. I pay my premiums faithfully every month and you deny my right to file a comprehensive claim to repair both of my vehicles. I would not recommend jupiter insurance to anyone who has common sense to not want to be screwed over by an insurance company. piss poor customer service on the phone this is just a piss poor company. will be filing a complaint with the BBB."

"Worst auto insurance experience EVER. Do not fall for their cheap initial rate, they get you when you go to renew and it is suddenly way way higher with no change and no points. This company also makes policies that are NOT ABLE TO REINSTATE if you get cancelled for even ONE hour. You have to rewrite it and pay another rediculous down payment. Well they did me a favor bc I switched to a more reputable company. I get that it's my fault that it cancelled, but hey, mistakes happen. They dont have an option for autopay so it's more likely you'll mess up. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Just go with the better company that costs a few extra dollars and thank me later. 0/10"

"When I called customer service, at first I was getting a lot of good information that the insurance agency I had gone through had failed to mention. However, when I asked if the late fee could be taken off since I did not know the first payment was due within 20 days unlike the other payments, the guy on the phone started laughing every 30 seconds. I am fairly certain he was high. He then said I had to go through my agency, which didn't make sense to me. I went to my agency they said I had to talk to the company. Between this bad encounter and the way my agency acted, I ended up canceling my policy!"

"Worst insurance company EVER! Took them a month and a half to fix my truck after it had some damage. They took it to Atlanta and then I had to pay to have it brought back to me in Macon! Sure the rates are low, but there is a reason! Also, twice since I have had them they did not load the insurance into the GA system so I had to pay the state to prevent them from cancelling my vehicle registration! Can't wait to switch to another insurance company!! Also, when filing my claim I had to call the agent in order for him to do absolutely anything every step of the way! He would tell me what the next step to resolving it would be and I would call him a day or two later only to find out he forgot about it and I had to call to remind him! I had to find my own shop, pay for the car to go to the shop, call the shop, call the yard they brought it to and everything! And I had full coverage!! AWFUL!!!!"

"The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend to anyone. I tried to cancel and they continued to charge me and I have been waiting a month for my refund of 200 dollars. Anytime I have needed to contact them I can't get ahold of anyone in customer service, the only department that answers is claims and they hang up when they are trying to transfer. Even if you're looking for somewhere cheap do not use them. You will regret it."
