"Can't believe this was the first time I've ever tried bò né and so happy I was able to enjoy it here! It was so hearty and rich. You have your choice of baguette, sticky rice or stir fried egg noodles. The baguette was perfect to soak up all the delicious sauce. The hủ tiếu Nam vang was also very good! Service was very friendly and accommodating. Clean unisex restroom available."
"Been here two times now and I would still come back specifically for the bo ne and hu tieu nam vang, which I highly recommend. We like to go towards the back parking lot to avoid all the craziness when trying to find parking. The bo ne is really the highlight of this place in my opinion. It comes out on a sizzling plate with the most perfect egg that's still runny as its cooking. There's pate, a meatball and big chunks of beef. The flavor is just soooo good. They bring you a basket of bread that's warm. I personally like to cut up the bread and add everything in there to eat it like a banh mi. You can also just dip the bread into the plate to soak up all the flavor and juice from the plate. My husband got the hu tieu with the broth inside the bowl. You have the option to have it on the side. The broth has great flavor and isn't heavy at all. Everyone here has always been so nice and friendly. Once you're done, just go up to the cashier to pay. If you walk by here or have a craving for bo ne, definitely stop by!"
"Tried a restaurant that serves bo ne, basically steak and eggs. So tasty, nicely cooked. Comes with salad and banh mi bread. We also had fried chicken with rice and cha gio. A couple friends had hu tieu as well as bun. The group enjoyed their meal. It is a new restaurant so they are still working on their kinks. Friendly service."
"The store has just opened since May. Small restaurant with medium seating space. The staff are friendly. The food is hit or miss. Personally, I think Bo Ne is tasty, but the eggs are a bit raw for me. I would like it to be more fried, or at least sunny side up. You can see from my photos the top egg white is still clear. The noodles was so so, not outstanding compared to other places but not that bad at all. The grass jelly was refreshing and yummy. Probably the only thing I liked in this meal."
