"We love the food a lot. Actually it reminded me our life in Malaysia for Indian food every week. Food is neat delicious and put in an art way. Vishal is a very nice and helpful to recommend the food to us as this is our first time to be here. Definitely we will come back with our friends and families. Thanks again Vishal!"
"ID Cafe took me by surprise. I was a firm believer that Dosa must be eaten in its pure form but wanted to give ID cafe a try. The ambiance is peppy and showcases the restaurant's love for Dosa. We tried the Vijayawada Paneer Dosa and the Chilli Cheese Dosa on a weekend for lunch. The Dosas were crispy and came with sambhar and 3 types of chutney - coconut, tomato and peanut. Sambhar was very tasty and truely south indian. Loved it. Next was the coconut chutney. Very fresh. The chilli cheese Dosa was almost like cheese pizza. I would suggest the restaurant to tone down a bit on the cheese and add more chilli to make it a true chilli cheese dosa and not just cheese dosa. The paneer Dosa and huge and quite heavy. It tasted good, but because the stuffing was so much, I might skip it next time. We also ordered the Cocoa mysore pak with Chikoo ice cream. The mysore pak was fresh, filled with ghee and grainy. Did not get the Cocoa flavor in it, though, and also did not understand the combination with Chikoo ice cream. The ice cream also lacked the Chikoo flavor. But overall, since the mysore pak was delicious, I will rate the dessert 4 out of 5. Stoneridge Mall lacked an Indian restaurant, and this will definitely please the Indian and non-Indian diaspora in trivalley shopping in and around Stoneridge mall. I'm curious to try the curry leaves Idly. Will definitely visit the place again. Good place if u want to try both vegetarian and non-veg varieties of Dosas and Idly."
"Tried this for the first time while I was close by and the experience was amazing. It’s right next to CPK , with enough seating indoors and outdoors. The place was clean and toilets specially very clean . We had masala dosa , Mysore masala dosa , idlis , vadas , samosas , Ashoka halva and filter coffee , everything was delicious and made with flavor and perfection. Liked the food so much that we brought home more . Our server was friendly and front desk girl , Niharika was kind n smiling ….. had a great time , highly recommend. One small piece of advice , if they could use curry leaves chopped , it won’t get into other veggies in the sambhar. The chutneys were delicious too."
"Decided to try this place out after reading all the reviews. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I found outdoor more peaceful but as it was a big chilly we sat inside. A little slow when coming to getting people seated. When asked for water, waitress got 2 filled water goblets and one empty. It was confusing as they wanted to us to fill the 3rd one. We ordered Vada sambar 7/10. Sambar had too much pepper Punugulu 10/10. Nice texture and crispy. It was well cooked from inside too. Hyderabadi bandi dosa 7/10. It was ok. Will I order again?? Not really. Mumbai pav bhaji dosa 9/10. It was better than bandi dosa. Minus 1 as it felt they added chilli powder on the top to make it spicy. Could feel the raw chilli powder taste. Ghee dosa 10/10. It was dripping with ghee. Crispy and well made. Mango lassi - 8/10. The chutneys were very tasty. Peanut, tomato, green one were all perfect. Will definitely visit again to try the other items on the menu."
"Excellent ambience and cuisine. The bite-sized batata vada was delicious and was cooked to perfection! The Mumbai Jini dosa was superb. Also the pav bhaji idly was excellent!! The menu is misleading because I assumed the pav bhaji idly would also include chutneys and sambar. It didn't, though. The tikka fries didn't appeal to me either. The tikka masala lacked salt and was sugary."
