"Their coffee just isn't what it use to be, they won't let you put your own cream in anymore and the coffee is very weak"

"I hope the owner actually reads this review since it's obvious they didn't read Penelope's (below) since they thanked her for a great review. She had a legitimate complaint and said she wouldn't be back to that location. Frustrating. For me, I looked several times and the site says there's drive-through and there's not. I went out of my way to find a drive-through which wound up not there which made me late for a meeting to which I was supposed to bring people's orders. I'm on crutches right now from a bad knee so getting out and carrying a bunch of coffees back to my car wasn't happening. I just wish owners would check their listings to make sure that they are accurate."

"This is one of the more relaxing Starbucks I have been to. While other Starbucks locations come and go, this one on Lincoln Avenue and Minnesota Ave. in San Jose has been there for at least twenty years, perhaps longer. It is an ideal place to go people watch and let time slow down for a bit."

"Plenty of tables, both indoor and out. You can be sure to always see people studying here. Every table I've ever sat at has an outlet nearby, which immediately makes this place better than most libraries I've been to! Their staff always seems super friendly and parking is never a problem. Best part of this Starbucks? I believe they're open until 11 for those of you who need a late night coffee or just want to study with a couple friends til late! :)"
