"I have been going to Dior for many years (teens) the quality of the work is always flawless as long as you are specific in your needs. I would Be prepared for a price quote to change upon arrival as the communications between the booker and the braider is using lacking. Definitely worth a try especially for those who need walk ins !"

"PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR BRAIDS. Autumn braided my niece hair and it did not look good at all. Also, she braided a style we did not request. I called and spoke Autumn directly and she seemed as though she was willing to work on resolving this issue but now will not answer my phone calls or texts. As the manager of the facility, I was expecting Autumn to really work on getting this issue resolved for my niece. My niece is only 16 years old and is very disappointed in how her hair looks. We will move on with this and not use this facility in the future. Very unprofessional."

"Appt was scheduled for 7:00 am didn't start my hair until almost 10:00. The worker had her child there and spent most of the time taking care of her which made the process longer then normal. I was told that the service I was getting was one price and when she finished a totally different price. She even had to leave the shop to go purchase more hair with my money and didn't take that off the service! I will never go there again."

"She started and did the first two braids I told her they were too small and to do them bigger . The front part was finished but she did not make them bigger . A week later I take the edges down and I and i now missing a lot of hair on my edges. One fell out with my hair which made me take the rest down . . . I do not recommend this salon at all . They don't care just want to get done . I am suing them for the loss of my edges"
