"There No one at the counter to take my order. A young man told me I had to use the kiosk, no other option. Fifteen minutes later I had my order finally placed. The meal was wrong, so I asked for a refund. The young man asked why and what was wrong with the food. I said again, I want a refund. I was badgered by the Kid then by the Manager Gaby. I told them, I ordered it wrong, because I don’t work there, and I’m not familiar with their kiosk.then she said she was available. I’m having to now argue with her about the kid telling me I could only use the kiosk. Took about 45 min all together. I had no idea McDonalds corporate could mess this process up."
