Boba Pup

"Tried to get in touch with a team lead or manager for a whole 6 months and couldn’t get through to anyone. I tried in person, through email and on instagram to no avail. Business claims to be promoting sustainability yet couldn’t give a single “care” towards my request about that. I get 100$ of uber eats credit every month as part of my cards benefits and i always spend it on Boba. Was very happy when i found this store and realized i will not be throwing away 10-15 plastic cups in the trash every month. I was reaching out to ask if we could do something about refills through Uber eats so i dont need to get a new cup/jar every time i order a drink. (I was doing ~10 jars a month) Now i’m left with 60+ jars which will be even more trash in landfills. Teaspoon has the drinks i order for cheaper and almost always runs a buy one get one free on boba thai tea. Will be opting for plastic cups with teaspoon over glass ones here since they dont want to answer a simple question. Teaspoon even gives you a bit more boba for a cheaper price, gdjob BobaPup making sustainability less accessible. Is it just a marketing thing or do you actually try? "I love the designs on these cups. However you really have to treat the cups sticker with care. The first tike I bought one, it passed 3 days and bubbles were forming inside the stickers. I tried to push the bubbles to the edge but it tore a whole piece off! I tried to buy another one (since purchases are final) and In only 3 hours, just by having my thumb on the sticker while holding and drinking it caused it to peel right off! If you want to keep your stickers lasting, be careful with cold drinks and condensation"

"Drinks are okay. Their Oreo drink seemed to be mixed with chocolate syrup which takes away from the oreo taste. Aside from that, awesome aesthetics."

"The glass jars they give you are the cutest! They are reusable boba jars too and only cost an extra $1.25 for the jar. The tea was pretty good nothing too special. I initially confused the place thinking it was the moo bar but that was the place that was there before."
