"Place is kept neat and clean, but the staff could use some training in customer interaction and product handling. Staff is not typically friendly, and would challenge a request, for instance, to use a different cup when repreparing you order because they didn't get it right the first time. Also you may be waiting for your beverage but it's sitting on the counter top getting cold. Like this poor excuse of espresso I am having while writing this. For some reason they lost all the all so essential crema. Apparently, my crema made its way to be splattered around the walls of my paper cup."
