"I was having a bad day with our family car battery. Bernie was extremely helpful with helping us purchase a car battery. At first we were just going to replace it at home and went next door to get a Starbucks and came back to the car NOT starting. Bernie didn’t even hesitate to come outside to change it. He was very polite and even if it’s his job, he did a very great job and is very personable which I appreciate so much."

"I came for a simple oil filter I told asked the older gentleman it was for my 09 Audi a4 he asked for more info that I did not know but I remembered we can look it up with my license plate and he cut me off and said he got it. I purchase it thinking it was correct. I checked before I left, it wasn’t. I grabbed the correct one, as I was grabbing it he offered options to a gentlemen of which oil filter he would like which he didn’t ask me I’m not sure why? I didn’t appreciate the terrible communication and lack of customer service I had."
