"If I could, I would give zero star for this Starbucks store at Stoneridge mall. My family has been going to Starbucks for years, but we will stop now based on the terrible experience here. It was my Daughter's birthday (early teens), she installed Starbucks app on her phone this year, and learned Starbucks gives a free drink on people's birthday by using the app. My Daughter waited in a long line, and finally it was her turn but she was told to wait at least for 15 minutes if order a drink. We were in a hurry to go to her birthday party, so I told my daughter to get a bottled drink. So She did, then she told the staff (an Asian lady with glasses) that it was her birthday and showed her the barcode. The lady was really rude and said with an attitude "let me scan the bottle". Then she told my daughter that she had to pay for the drink since she didn't have the app for long enough time to be able to get the free drink. No birthday greeting and nothing mattered to this lady, even she was talking to a little girl on her birthday! I was aside and saw everything, and I stepped up to ask her if she can honor the drink due to my little girl's birthday based on company's offer. She didn't even look at me and started to talk to the next customer. I told her that we won't come back to Starbucks again and left. This lady literally ruined Starbucks brand and customer trust, her response to my daughter was a draw-dropping experience for me. She needs to be fired in no time."

"I forgot to ask for almond milk and dreyah was quick to remake my drink she was very understanding, which I appreciate. service was fast, baristas clean as they go. I’ve got to say this Starbucks has definitely made a huge difference in customer service and the drinks have always been up to standard."

"Yup. Thats a total nope from me for now on. Slow not friendly/miserable register staff. 35-40 mins for a iced drink. Super dirty store with a slimy film on the windows. What happened? Is this even a real Starbucks? I paid $6 for a grande for this experience? Im guessing this is whats gonna happen if the unions move in. Ill never go back to this location again."
