"This bakery is fantastic! Their fresh bread and sandwiches are delicious. There's often a long line, so aim to come early or be prepared for a wait during busy periods. The ladies working here are incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Not very welcoming staff, it feels like we should be thanking them for giving them our business. Nevertheless we ordered 6 different items including coffee, croissant, cross bread, cheese danish pastry, blueberry muffin, and some type of eclair pastry. I tasted each and every one, didnt want to waste any food. None tasted any different from the other. They all tasted bland even the chocolate frosting. Even the coffee was bad. I cannot recommend anything. Will be thinking really hard if we will give it another chance."

"Extremely rude behavior of staff, both at the Pleasanton and San Ramon stores. Very disrespectful and impatient. Poor training and they expect occasional visitors to be completely familiar with their process, even though there were no crowds when I visited. I'll be avoiding these unhealthy carbs with the added dose of unwholesome behavior."

Tried Cranberry walnut bread and focaccia etc. Surprised by the consistent great quality! Must visit bakery in the mall. Service was pretty fast too, with friendly staff. Looks like lot of artisan bread varieties are out of stock by noon. So order ahead."
