"This store needs some help. The manager was not kind or even warm to say the least. I came up and said good morning how are you? And he didn’t even make eye contact and just said “what can I get for you”. I was a Starbucks partner for 12 years so I know this job is tough and customers can be rude, but we should never lose sight of treating customers (specially nice ones) with respect and kindness. The store was pretty dirty and they didn’t even call my food out when it was ready, I had to walk up a few times until I found my bag on the side."
"Friendly service, but they are always slammed in the morning, and it takes longer than estimated times to get your order. If ordering ahead, you will need to allow at least 35 to 40 minutes."

"Starbucks has gone downhill since they automated the espresso machines. It's warm, flavored milk. Also, you really can't just go in and order. They make all the mobile orders that sit there forever while you order and can't get your drink for 20 minutes. This is now your typical franchise. It's too bad."
"Pleasanton, CA. Trash all over the outside tables, a lot of trash, when I arrived at 6:05 am 10/8/23. So evening crew or morning crew dropped the ball. My barista was friendly and helpful. The other two avoided eye contact like they just woke up. My sous vide egg bites and latte were perfect."
