"Horrible. Ordered through doordash and they gave my dasher a SOGGY bag which leaked in his RENTAL car. Surprised he got it to my door without it falling. As soon as I pick up the bag the drink fell through and spilled everywhere. Please do not GIVE OUT WET BAGS."

"IF YOU ARE A VETERAN, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! My husband went this morning for his free veterans day coffee. He was told that there was no promo. Then asked to get out of line. He got out of line and waited for my coffee, when he was told there was a promo. Then he was told he had to get back in a 10 person deep line, instead of someone just pouring him a cup of coffee. Then Blair, the worker, tried to told my veteran husband and his employees that Veterans day is Nov 10th. (as if we were trying to scam them) Seriously!?! This places's service is slow and lackluster on a normal day but to disrespect a Veteran on veterans day is rude. My husband never got a coffee, which in my opinion is not a lot to ask for his service."

"I work as a doordash driver. I order from here every day, they deliver doordash orders late on purpose. This situation continues despite our repeated complaints. We made a decision with our Dasher friends, we will collect signatures and complain to the headquarters to remove this from Starbucks' Doordash order list. It's a disgraceful place."

"They give me a new version of my usual order nearly every time. I am sure this is unintentional, but I have started to look forward to see how they mess up my quad espresso with extra splash of oatmilk several times each week. It should be served hot in a tall cup. Today, I ordered it with a pump of dark caramel syrup, and they gave me a Venti cup of iced espresso. This place is convenient and all of the staff are incredibly nice."
