"Drinks and waffles are great. We got our usual strawberry milkshake, mango yakult (ask for 25% sugar or it's gonna be too sweet), and our most favorite milk tea with salted cheese. The waffle is crispy on the outside and a little chewy inside, just like how Hongkong bubble waffle supposed to be. Taro dipping cream is great too. The new guy is exceptionally kind and friendly. I think he's the nicest employee I've ever met there (I've been going to this place for a while). Too bad I didn't know his name. I wish him all the best of luck. We went this afternoon (Feb 19). I especially liked the new selection of music (instrumental of many classic and contemporary pieces). It was enjoyable for working and safe with kids around since it doesn't contain any lyrics/vulgarity."

"We got a mango green tea and a brown sugar boba. The sweetness levels are too high, even when I requested the lowest (they can’t go zero sugar for many drinks)."

"Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First there’s a long wait when the staff gave my order to someone else and served a lukewarm drank to me after the other customer brought back the drink. When I asked for a replacement, the person serving the drink was incredibly rude and didn’t agree to replace it saying the other party didn’t drink it. Definitely not recommended paying for such awful service."

"Happy Lemon is my go to spot in the South Bay! Some of the spots are not as good, but this one was great! I came in around 3PM. Unfortunately, staff had mentioned boba was going to take another 15 min. I decided to wait. I was close to docking a star, but it came out cooked well. I ordered my usual passion fruit green tea with 25% sugar and 50% ice. This was the most seating I've seen in a Happy Lemon. Good spot to hang out or get some work done. Nicely AC'ed when I went. Parking can definitely be a bit tough in the small plaza."

"One of my favorite social outing tea shops for now that makes me feel at home, relaxed and being in my teenage energy freely. ------- 1/14/23 update: Recently stepped in for a dine-in boba time with family, I had one of the happiest times, sitting down and chatting away with laughter. :) Loved my jasmine green milk tea with egg puddings, it was yummy! Store was clean, organized and cheerful. Unlike some other boba shops, staff here don't wear masks and you can see their smiley faces. No masks, so cool and unindoctrinated. That's the way it should be. That's the way I like it. Everything looks fantastic. Love love it! ❤️"
