"I'm compelled to give a low rating for this tea store due to the unsatisfactory service I received and the quality of the offerings. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff, particularly from one individual who exhibited a less-than-welcoming attitude, significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, the taste of the food fell short of my expectations, leaving much to be desired. These aspects combined to make my visit disappointing"

"Called ahead to ask about the kind of milk they use because I'm lactose intolerant (answer: non dairy creamer for everything but the Thai Milk Tea, which suits me perfectly), and the person on the phone was clear and friendly. Touch screen ordering was easy and fast. Drink came out within a minute of ordering, genuinely surprised at how quickly it was ready. Tea tasted great (got jasmine green milk tea). My only complaint is the boba was a little too soft for my preferences, but still decent enough I'd get it again. Great experience so far, glad they opened."

"decided to try even with mixed reviews from google, yelp, and little red book..... super happy we did. service was better than even higher end places and the drinks were way above expectations, so much so that we ordered extra to go. only word of caution, drinks are a bit on the sweet side so order sweetness down one level from normal but not horribly so"

"Strawberry horchata and Honeydew milk tea were both delicious. Boba is super soft! There were 2 big touchscreens for you to order from with pictures of all the drinks. There's also seating inside. Would come again!"

"Very nice interior and lots of options! There are self order kiosks and I appreciated that they had pictures of the drinks! The staff member was also very friendly when I asked what drink she recommended. I ordered the strawberry yakult with boba, and next time I would get it with the “less sweet” option, as the “normal sweet” was a bit overpowering. Overall pretty good and would go back!"
