"This store is the most slowest store to go to. You will be waiting forever to get your order. Ridiculous I came again today which was 12/10/23 and they just ignored me and the two that ignore me was talking to each other and I had to get one of them attention because she walked by me and didn't help so I told her I was there to pick up an order so she started gathering it together and I can tell that she had a problem with me and I don't even know what I did to her. Some people over there need to get fired."

"0stars for the service. This store has serious training issue or they do it on purpose. Completely got the wrong item. Ordered Venti mocha but received regular coffee. Wasted 30min drive back to get my actual order. Never trust the order you receive from this store. Please double check and leave the store."

"I usually visit the Starbucks at the marketplace near Trader Joe's, but today I happened to be on this side of San Ramon. It was my biggest regret this Monday; the wait time exceeded 30 minutes, and I had to send my drink back twice. Even on the third attempt, my drink was still wrong, and I just accepted the loss."

"Came here because I needed some good pick..me.upp, so I got the Iced Caramel Macchiato with the QUAD. Oh yes I did. After I drank it I felt like I can work all day. Well that didnt happen but the coffe was great. great job guys on creating this drink!"

"You can order your drinks in-person, Starbucks mobile app, or via drive thru. There is both outdoor and indoor seating (can drink your coffee here as of May 21, 2021) happening here. Free WiFi with no limit placed sitting either indoors or outdoors (just like pre-Covid). Tables with 2 chairs each are socially distanced. Plenty of room to stand or sit while waiting to order or pick up your drink(s). Accessible friendly (dedicated wheel chair table is by the front doors). LGBTQ+ friendly (rainbow sign is prominently displayed as you walk in). Staff is efficient and quick with taking your order and making your drink."
