"Service, as in appreciating customers' business, well, they don't get it. God forbid have an issue with anything...cuz you're instantly deemed to be a problem. It's kind of like you're being served by little robots that still need the lesson about how to graciously deal with people. If you can suffer through that it's a nice, affordable place to have nice things. Oh the the hours vary enormously. Kind of like: Monday closed Tuesday 8:34 -2:41 Wednesday closed Thursday 9:13 to 1:48... And so on."
