"I have been 2 times. First time drinks were delicious and service was great! Second time both drinks were bland even though they were ordered the exact same."

"I’ve been here on multiple occasions. The first time, they were so rude and nonchalant that I left. The times after that, they drinks are good but the employees attitudes are TERRIBLE. They treat you like you’re bothering them when you have questions, they act annoyed while you’re ordering and aren’t friendly or welcoming at all. When you say thank you, they don’t say you’re welcome or thank you when they hand you your drinks. They just sit them on the counter and say nothing. I did notice that they were a bit nicer and actual smiled when talking to people of other races. I hate to pull the race card but that’s exactly what it seems to be."

"Both drinks ordered were not as expected. My 100% sweet, light ice taro milk tea was very bitter and had no flavour, nor sweetness. And my friends strawberry tea, 80% sweet, light ice, was one of the most concentrated teas I have ever tried. We had to water it down by 50% to even get a drinkable beverage. Very disappointed. Crazy how these drinks could be so wrong and oddly flavored or made."

"Ordered through the app so it was super fast and got the Okinawa pearl milk tea and the mango passion fruit tea. Boba had great texture but wasn’t fan of the after taste from the Okinawa milk tea. The mango passion fruit was amazing though! Will definitely be back to try some of their classics."

"I ordered the Oreo ice blended with boba pearls. I ordered at 100% sweetness and it didn't taste sweet. I am definitely going to give it another try though. The location is very clean , service was quick, and the boba pearls were so perfectly soft and chewy!"
