"I was hearing a bit of extra road noise from the rear of our car and with an upcoming cross-country drive, I wanted to have it looked at. Showed up without an appointment and they quickly put it up on a lift and checked it out. They couldn't find anything wrong with it and even took it for a quick test drive to make sure. They even checked over the whole car for any other issues, but said it was good to go for the long cross country drive. I tried to get them to at least charge me something for their time spent inspecting the car and they refused to accept anything! I am grateful for the peace of mind they provided us before setting off on a 2,600 mile drive.
