"Staff needs a refresher on drink making. Mochas come with whipped cream unless otherwise specified yet each time I've ordered here they tell me my order is marked "no whip" which it's not. It's ordered how it comes...which is supposed to be with whipped cream. Please refresh the staff on how to make the drinks."
