"don’t bother with order pickup because there seems to be a practice of not even attempting to look at the online orders being printed out until they see people standing there waiting for 10 minutes past when the drink is supposed to be ready. happens every time i’ve tried this location and it’s pretty odd"

"Small shop, but it does the job of coffee. There is a grocery store next door and Gas station nice shopping center, especially if getting off 101 from SF"

"Three times I've went for the same coffee. Mocha latte, add hazelnut and almond milk instead. Only one time was it an actual latte. Two other times it's just coffee with the syrup in it. Different flavor, different texture. Assuming it wasn't steamed...Been drinking this for years so I would definitely taste the difference. People are nice but I'm not gonna keep paying latte price for a basic coffee."
