"This particular Starbucks very rarely gets the drinks right because most of the time they miss the correct ingredients. For instance, EVERY SINGLE TIME I order the London Fog Tea here, they forget to put an ingredient, sometimes it's the vanilla syrup and other times the correct number of tea bags, and sometimes both; I'm not sure if they don't know how to make the drinks or they just don't.care about the quality of their drinks. The last time I was there, I asked them to please make my drink again becauae it was missing the vanilla syrup AND a tea bag, it tasted like diluted hot milk; I honestly didn't mind paying for the drink again even though it was not my fault. Unfortunately they're not very friendly and don't apologize for their mistakes. I very rarely experience these type of issues at any other Starbucks locations in the Bay Area. So, I think it's time to go or order somewhere else."

"One girl with black hair short, very RUDE... LIKE girl don't work here if you can't do drinks right and get mad when you're called on it! Also cannot work well in fast paced establishments!"

"Even when it’s digitally written, my drinks still are wrong. There are options and I always choose no foam and I get foam or whip cream and no whip cream or not extra hot, when I’d request extra hot. I had to reheat it in the microwave. I don’t understand."

"Hit or miss location. Today there are at least 7 employees counted, only 3 seem to be working. Couple others standing around, flirting with each other. Don’t see any “grown-ups” leading this crew of children. But usually this place is well run."

"I have been going to this Starbucks to do my studies during my community college before leaving to UCSC for years now. Since I’m temporarily in town from my LA home. Thought I would give it a review… Overall, this is an awesome spot to do some casual work from home stuff if you get bored or don’t have an office while visiting the bay. However, please not that it can get a bit loud at times but it is a busy Starbucks. They do have: - outlets - decent seating - nice staff - parking Not much really to say but the service could be a tad bit friendlier, excluding 1 employee who is vivid and very happy in the morning (she rocks - older lady with glasses with a wonderful personality) who calls everyone in a kind way baby… she is exceptionally good her job! I’ll get her name later and edit this post with the props she deserves. I’d say some of the customers can get a bit loud with inappropriate banter but hey it’s a Starbucks so you really can’t get mad at that..lines can get very long here due to the high volume of customers though, so keep that in mind! I recommend this chill upscale starbies any day of the week as a personal favorite in the east bay!"
