Starbucks

"I really want to like this Starbucks but in the end the service is just so bad. It is the coolest building and atmosphere. I recommend just ordering through the app and not engaging with the employees. 1) I came here to study, stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. There are 4 people working and no line - I was the only one standing there. I finally just ordered on the app and my order was ready in a few minutes. They called my name but no one ever looked at me, not once. 2) 2 days ago I stopped here on my way to work at 6am. I put in a mobile order before arriving. A male voice asked for my order over the speaker in the drive through and I told him about my mobile order. When I got to the window, it was a good 4-5 minutes before anyone came to the window, and again, it wasn’t busy. When a female employee came to the window she said, “are you waiting for something?” I explained again and they had my order - it was just an odd experience. 3) about 2 months ago I stopped at the drive through with my family as we headed out in a road trip and I ordered, in-person, an americano with almond milk but they mistook it for cow milk and it made my husband very sick about an hour into our drive."

"This is a unique location. The building itself has a glass roof, and you can enjoy stormy weather from the inside! The front patio often has dogs and sunshine. The drive-thru is conveniently located, and I can grab a drink and head out of town fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful and is quick with your order!"

"This is an a very spacious Starbucks with many tables and chairs. Each table has power socket hook up nearby, with nice free WiFi available. It’s a good place for chat or doing computer work. The staffs are very friendly, will come back again when I am around."

"drinks are as good as Starbucks gets. The service is horrible, the guy that takes your order is okay but it's all down hill from there. The people that make the drinks need more training in customer service, communication and being productive. You do get a lot of shady looking homeless bums wondering in and the staff won't ask them to leave. So I would never sit there and attempt to enjoy my drink"
