"Cashier lady who is a bit older with an accent talks about customers, sometimes while there are still there, as if we cannot hear her. WE CAN CLEARLY HEAR YOU EVEN FROM A MILE AWAY. And please do not make comments about a customers weight when they order. The food was good, but she really distracted me from my work"

"Worst branch ever! Ordered grab n go sandwich & drinks . I politely asked if they can warm my sandwich , straight face said NO. Another customer requested same to warm his sandwich and cashier acted as if she didn’t hear him. There’s no line and for a $16 sandwich is it too much to ask for it to be heated a bit ? Sure enough there goes all comments before me…. Never coming back to this branch."

"Cashier was super nice! Lady making the coffee acted like she didn’t want to be there and overlooked my frappe order delaying my drink over 10 minutes while other customers received theirs. I had to ask about it just to get it made. Bacon and egg breakfast bagel was cold in the middle and not cooked all the way which is a bummer given it was $11.30 just for that, money down the drain. If I’m ever back at the Oakland Airport this is one place I wont be coming back to."
