"If you want the absolute worst customer service experience of your life, go in here and get incorrect advice and then have the be super aggressive at you while you try to ask another worker for help. The manager was "supporting her staff" by letting him give me wrong advice on something he then admitted he didn't know. And he literally harassed me when I came back in after I said I don't want to talk to him several times. After explaining myself too many times, they faked being sorry in an extremely condescending way and "didn't" have the part i need. I 100% believe they had the piece because they lied to me the entire time I was there and seemed to really be having fun with it. I have no idea his name but I really doubt he's not a complete arrogant man to his coworkers or other people."

"Poor service really hurts this otherwise decent store. Do you want to be acknowledged when you come into a store while waiting on que for an employee? Well you are going to have to go elsewhere, for even if they are not helping someone else on the phone or im person, ignored you will be until such time they feel like doing their job. Which sometimes takes 5 min or more. Super inconsiderate esp in an empty store."
