"Stopped in ordered 2 chips & cheese for my kids in the chip bags there was a lot of hair my hubby & I had chalupa Supremes the flat bread was so hard & stale we couldn't chew it.The food is already made & sitting on a shelf so it's not cooked after ordering.The guys hang outside & work on cars and no one washes their hands.The chick is way rude & not professional at all.We spend $30 on food we couldn't eat.Waste of time,gas and money."

"I am a Taco Bell fan for many years. I've seen a decline in food preparation. I just ordered a breakfast burrito, taco and crunchwrap. None of them contained egg! There was a crumbles of egg but instead of egg they were filled with burnt hard hash browns, bacon and a few pieces of steak. When I order breakfast I expect to see eggs in all products. This was a deliberate attempt to steal your money in trade for less eggs to save them costs. I have also noticed that while other fast food has a good size line in the drive through, Taco Bells line is empty. I wasted my money for the last time. It's unfortunate in these economic hard times we the public are expected to accept poor hiring and training with poor service. These businesses should close until we get a leader in our country who will repair our economy."
