"I was at the store around 4:10 PM waiting for my drink while another customer, who ordered after me, asked if the barista could prioritize one of their drinks over others, and got what they wanted. Why bother keeping a line if you’re not going to fulfill the order accordingly?"

"I have gone to this Starbucks multiple times. It is fine as far as the Starbucks experience should be. However, on this last visit at 9:30 am, the crew played their own music at a very loud decibel. Loud guitar driven (punk) music. Waiting in line to make my order, the speaker is right over the deli case where I stood. It was extremely loud. I think it’s fine for them to play their personal music playlists while working, but not so loud as to disturb the customers. It’s arrogant for them not to think about those coming through the door. It’s bad for the brand and business."

"This place is nerve racking!! They play the loudest and most intense music as if they have planned it to kick the consumers out!! They start the type of cleaning coffee shops at closing or after closing by turning the chairs upwards on the tables …. At 6pm when they are suppose to close at 8pm. Most of the times they even kick all the costumers out at around 4-5pm saying that they are doing the daily cleaning!! This place is the most unwelcoming and worse Starbucks I have ever been to! The picture you see is at 6:30 while they are suppose to close at 8pm!! I think they even goof around with their WIFI!!"

"The place was filthy. Looked like they hadn’t cleaned all day. Came to get coffee and work. No outlets. Yes, they also messed up my order. Literally a regular coffee with some syrup shots. Never seen a Starbucks so bad."
