I used to work at Starbucks myself 11 years ago and I must that he delivers amazing customer service. I forgot the managers name but he is also friendly and professional too. These two definitely are the best here! Five stars for them!"

"I hate coming to this starbucks...They staff always have something smart to say...I frequent starbucks weekly and I have the app so you obviously know I'm a regular customer at starbucks..I will be reaching out to the manager regarding their service here. I asked for a cup of water as I got my drink and the staff member tells me for future you would have to stand back in line to order water. I said sorry I totally forgot to ask when ordering. But I have never been told this nor knew it was a policy. Meanwhile, they treat the homeless population with much more respect...I'm just so disgusted with their service...and will be reaching out to Corporate!!"
