"I always order my boba on the kiosk. I just noticed my two orders I ordered from the kiosk it automatically calculated the tips $4.75 for 3 boba drink. Is I did not checked on my online receipt I don’t even know they are so sneaky to put that auto tips. I can add another boba with that $4.65 tips. I feel cheat off. Shame on you guys. Not only that, they don’t even the lychee boba I ordered is tasteless. The service is also bad, they don’t even say thank you when I picked up the drinks. I don’t think I will come back again"

"Creme brulee milk tea is above average. My boyfriend tried the creme brulee crepe and it was so good, filled with creamy brulee, fresh strawberry, ice cream, and a super crunchy sugar top, definitely worth $9, don't be set back by the price! They accidentally forgot to add boba to my drink but gave me a cup of boba on the side. Glad I caught that before walking out! It's really no big deal but they were very nice about it."

"We got brown sugar milk tea with boba and salted egg cookies. Milk tea was a 3, not enough tea taste. 25% sweet is the least amount of sugar and it was definitely still on the sweeter side. The boba is a 5, perfectly chewy and sweet. The cookies were the highlight for me. So nutty, creamy and love the salty sweet taste. Will come back for more sweet treats!"

"This is almost 5 stars for me, but not quite. I love the self order kiosk and the text when ready ordering system - it makes the process a lot smoother than other boba shops in the area. We ordered four drinks but the flavor wasn’t quite there on all of them. The drinks were good, and we enjoyed them! We will be back and hopefully we just had drinks on a bit of an off day."

"I had really high hopes when I came here and I was disappointed.I would give this place a 2.5 starts. There were 2 girls in the place and they were kind of rude. One of them was using her phone all the time that I was there. After I ordered one of them was doing everything. I ordered soufflé pancakes and it was supposed to take 12-15 minutes but i waited for at least 25 minutes! in addition the girl that was making my pancakes wasn't wearing gloves(that was the same girl in the cash register). Finally, I got the pancake and it was completely overcooked. With the cream on top, you wouldn't notice and it looked beautiful but I wanted to taste the correct way. It wasn't horrible but I didn't get what I paid for. I don't know if the place and service is like this all the time or if I was lucky but I will be coming back because I want to try the drinks."
