"I personally love the Starbucks located inside Target. This one is no exception. Service was quick and on point. The lady who took our orders was sweet and attentive. After many Starbucks locations that always take the wrong orders, this one is very nice."

"Very bad experience a guera rasista attended me and attended me very rude only because my baby touched a gerber and I gave it to her so she would charge me and she said I don't going to touch tha one!!!.. give me another to scan because your baby touched it .. And she put on some gloves to grab it for God's if my daughter is barely 1 year old and thank God she is healthy that could happen to that girl for charging me something that l was buying .."

"If you’re in a hurry and wanna grab a coffee before get on the bart, don’t use mobile order, they never check their mobile order, every time I order my coffee 10 minutes before I got there, and thinking the coffee should be ready , I’ll just grab my coffee and then get on the bart, but sadly no, they never check their mobile order, i have to ask the employees to check, then they start to make my coffee. Never go there ever again."

"I usually order my coffee via the app and pick it up when I arrive. One of the baristas saved me from myself when I chose a weird combination of drink add-ins when I was curious as to what they were. She cautioned me that my drink would taste wrong and made suggestions to make what I actually was going for (I ordered cold cream thinking it was the whipped cream with additional caffeine in it). While it took longer because she had held off on making my order until she could verify what I wanted, I was impressed with her commitment to customer satisfaction."

"There is this girl Rose, she was really rude and rolling her eyes at my sister and my order. We go to Starbucks all the time so we know how to order our drinks. She was clearly not listening because she would try and repeat what we ordered but it was all wrong. I was purchasing the new iced reusable cup and had ordered that before my drink so it could go in the cup. She kneeled down to get it under the register and started talking to her coworker about whether or not she herself should get one. I looked at the line behind me and was wondering why they decided to have a discussion about his when they have so many people waiting on them. Then when I ordered my drink everytime I would tell her something for my drink she would follow up with something in a rude tone and repeated it rudely and rolled her eyes when I would correct her. I work in customer service also and if I were to act like that I would get fired."
