"Worst experience! Came at 8.45 pm and my kid ordered a pizza. Got it after 49 mins that too the wrong one: not even a single apology and the staff was so rude ! Waited again for another 30 mins and , never go to this location"

"If you come, come early otherwise order online. Ever since they started allowing online ordering due to Covid their in person pizza making customer service has declined. Only one person is making pizzas for in person while another is making online orders. And their speed is 25 mpg instead of a steady 45 or speedy 65 when it gets busy. There were 4 people ahead of me when I arrived at 6pm on a Wednesday and it took the guy 30 mins before it was my turn. One guy in the back would yell “thanks for waiting!” but no one else of their 6 workers would step up. When it was finally my turn, zero eye contact for 3 mins. I was completely ignored. Then no apology for the wait. Horrendous customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas. 2 came out fine the third, mine took another 10 mins. So I’ll be eating while my kids watch me and start getting restless. Yay They burned it too. Again, no acknowledgment or apology. It will be a long long time before I come here again. The food is good. The atmosphere is loud for it resonates in the high ceiling place."

"I was new to the area and was looking for a good quick pizza place. Well I had to look no further than this place. They have amazing pizza, no doubt about that. Shakes are amazing and they even sell alcohol. However, they did give our order out to the wrong person and had to make us a brand new one. But the quality of the food still outweighed the hopefully one-time error. Still come back every now and then and I'm impressed still."

"Great pizza! Great for families. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Accommodating staff, and checked on our table, but could smile a little more. Specialty soda and beer available. Can connect to free Starbucks Wi-Fi from MOD."
