"I ordered online for pickup through doordash when I got there my phone had died I let them know that I was the customer picking up the young man working at the register said that he couldn't give me my pizza because I couldn't confirm that I was the person picking up the pizza.. I can't believe how big of a hassle it was I decided to leave as I was going to back out the young man came out and handed me my pizza all in all I got my pizza but still it was not a good experience. I mean I gave them the correct information I don't understand why I was such a big deal"
