"Twice in a row now my pizza's have arrived luke warm! Why? Pizza Hut is contracting DoorDash to deliver. I did not ask for a DoorDash service, they are horrible, I don't use it for this reason. I also tip the driver 20% and watch as they drive all over the place taking over 40 mins to deliver the pizza, I live 5 mins away. Stay away form this Pizza Hut unless they start using their own drivers again."
"Double tipping. I already paid 20% tip for the driver but the bill the delivery guy brought me required another tip. The total that was mentioned on the bill INCLUDED my online tip as a part of the total and demanded another tip section on the paper. I ended up tipping 40%. Please be careful.
