Domino's Pizza

"Honestly some of the worst customer experiences I've ever had is from this location if you are black do not go here it's mainly all Indian employees and they can't separate their social biases from their professional duties and it shows you will be disrespected by being referred to as female names when they're looking for your pizza on the receipt flat out was told I couldn't get a pizza or didn't have one even though I showed a bank statement that I have paid for one and the Domino's app said complete and so much more every time I go in there I turn on a video camera and now the employees to turn it back on me without their cameras as well and I've heard nothing from corporate I feel like it's a problem that needs to be resolved but they haven't in the relationship so far is the most toxic but I'm down with the smoke it's beef every time I go in there straight up"

"Ordered an Extra Large Brooklyn Philly Cheese Steak pizza with no change of toppings period! Received the pizza with only the toppings of the second pizza and no other topping on the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza.! This is not what I had , I did not remove or add any toppings on this pizza.! When I called to let them know that my order was wrong, was told to come back and they would make it right! Upon my arrival explained the situation and the manager refuse to fix my order and told me that I had ordered it this way! I did not add or remove any toppings when I ordered the extra large Philly cheese steak they had put the topping on this pizza from the order from the second 14 inch large pizza I had order with nothing else on the extra large Philly cheese steak pizza only the toppings of the second order ! I did not change the toppings ! Period ,ordered an extra large Brooklyn Philly Cheese Steak pizza no more, no less! After explaining this to the manager his arrogance was unchanged. Telling me I had ordered it this way! I did not spend $54.27 for pizza from hell!"

"I tried the Spinach feta pizza and it was horrible. The crust tasted stale, or as if it was cooked from frozen. The toppings also were not fresh tasting. No decent flavor, very bland. Will not be ordering Domino's again - I hope they improve their ingredients and flavor."

"Gave me the wrong order. I’m vegetarian and got a pepperoni and beef pizza with mushrooms. Literally read my name and confirmed with me at the store. I find out 15 minutes later when I’m home completely devastated. I would rate one star but they offered me a free pizza next time when I called so 2 stars. I sincerely hope they honor this request. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS AT STORE WHEN GOING TO THIS DOMINOS"
